Nyang-Nyang Beach

Written By baliholiday on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 | 9:42 AM

One of the beaches in Bali which makes me admire of the originality is Nyang-Nyang beach. This beach is very well preserved its originality because it's a little isolated. Located in the area of Uluwatu make this beach away from the crowds. But make no mistake, this is precisely the main attraction of the nyang-nyang beach. If you were able to visit this beach, you will be amazed with the natural white sand, the waves are great for the professional surfers (this beach is highly recommended for professional surfers, not for amateur surfers), and the atmosphere around is still pure as untouched by buildings. So around the coast you will not find restaurants, hotels, or similar buildings.

Nyang-Nyang beach located in the village of Pecatu, District of South Kuta, Badung regency. Nyang-Nyang beach are hidden behind rocks, precisely under the cliff. So to get to the beach you had to go down the stairs as many as 571 steps. Hmm ... quite tiring journey to get to the beach. Distance to this location approximately 32 km from Denpasar city and about 60 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai Airport when using a motor vehicle.

Nyang-Nayng beach is located in the westernmost peninsula of the Uluwatu hill and facing directly into the sea off the Indian Ocean. Its location is also not so far from the sublime temple of Uluwatu. So after you visit the sublime temple of Uluwatu, you can spend the afternoon by watching the sunset on the Nyang-Nyang beach. The Sunset here is very beautiful, is not inferior to the kuta beach.
