  The Ayutaya Shirodara, Shirodara is a mental relaxation treatment using oil flow on the third ayes to stimulate and balance the dosha. Shirodara is an ancient therapy which originally come from India and since long years ago has been used for calming mind and nerves. Strongly recommended for those suffering from low energy, insomnia, headaches, fatigue, and stress.
• Mandi Lulur / Traditional Scrub - Approx. 2
  A treatment to clean the body and remove any dead skin cells.
  Full body massage, lulur and flower bath.
• Herb Therapy Massage - Approx. 2
  Feel the sensation of the heat herbs pack which are used Indonesian’s herbs ( ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, ginger root, clove bud and other Balinese spices) Full body Massage, warm herb ball Massage, Flower bath.
• The Shirodara - Approx 1,5 hours

• Warm Stone Massage - Approx : 1 hour
  A full body massage which is using the smooth warm stones. The stones are placed on strategic energy points to easy away tension. The Massage is a combination of hot stones and hands. Its combination is believed to stimulate the lymphatic system to detoxify the body. These smooth stones are taken from the river and the ocean in Bali.
• Balinese Traditional Massage - Approx : 1 hour
  It is Traditional massage of Bali. At the time of a massage and body becomes very light. Use fingertips, palm pressure and acupressure technique to relieve you from the most stubborn knots of tension in your muscles
• Balinese Creambath - Approx : 1 hour
  Hair and scalp treatment, washing your hair with shampoo, choose of cream for creambath (avocado, ginseng, aloe vera and walnut) and enjoy the massage from head, neck and shoulder, continued with traditional head steam and pampered with hair tonic.
